We all know that money is the sustainability for the future of a cause, but volunteering is the backbone or lifeblood for ensuring the longevity of the cause. Without volunteers most organizations would not exist.

We would like to create a volunteer list that would include your skills or what you would like to volunteer for.

Music, Life, and Tails II Benefit Auction and Concert was a BIG SUCCESS!

Thanks first of all, to our major sponsors’
F5 Networks, and ATS Automation for your financial contribution. We were able to create an amazing experience for all who attended this year’s event.

Hales Brewery’s Palladium Room in Fremont with its eclectic space was once again the perfect room to hold this year’s event. We appreciate your continued support. Your People were helpful throughout the night.

We also like to thank Larry Flynn our Benefit Auctioneer for his guidance in putting on our first Live Auction. He lifted the spirit of giving to an incredible height. Everyone loved Larry and we all had a lot of FUN!

Our volunteers and board members, we cannot thank you enough. From start to finish you were there for us. A special shout out to Cindee Chadwick our board chairperson. You set a new standard for what we call an “active” board member. Thank you for your hard work and perseverance.

Our music line up was awesome! Dave Ellis and the Hopeless Sinners our designated house band, got people dancing and Doctor FunK raised the roof with their rhythm and blues sound and their funky horn section kept the dancing going.

Finally, the YOU factor, the ones who attended our fund raiser from the goodness of your heart to help raise money for Operation Sack Lunch (OSL) and PAWS. Your donations helped us reach our goal of $30,000. We had $21,000 after expenses and we wrote checks to both organizations for $8,500.
