This is probably the most important part of our vision statement:
The importance and need to volunteer in our community.
We all know that money is the sustainability for the future of a cause, but volunteering is the backbone or lifeblood for ensuring the longevity of the cause. Without volunteers most organizations would not exist.
We would like to create a volunteer list that would include your skills or what you would like to volunteer for.
Please fill out our online form and your info saved to our data base. In turn, we will match you with a particular organization that needs help. You decide if you can help at that time.

The Living Life Larger for others ... organization would like to thank everyone involved in making our first event a great success! From our sponsors who believed in our vision, to the volunteers who helped with many task, the musicians who rocked out the place for FREE, and to Hales Brewery for providing their space, the staff for being so accommodating and making it fun for everyone in attendance, and even more importantly, Hales generosity by donating to our cause.
Living Life Larger for others ...raised $9,600 dollars.
How Money is Distribute
After expenses to organize, advertise and host this great event, 90% of the remaining revenue generated will be split equally between the two selected organizations. The remaining 10% will be put aside and used as seed money for the next Living Life Larger for others ... next event.
We were able to write a check to Operation Sack Lunch (OSL) and PAWS for $2,500 a piece. They were very appreciative of this donation. We are still getting checks that are written specifically to these organizations from people who attended the event.
Because of your support, we all started our year 2010 by making a difference in people’s lives by feeding them healthy food to encourage better health and we are helping with the way an organization “PAWS”, takes care of animals.
The YOU factor is living life larger. YOU made it happen. THANK YOU.
